The crowd's cheers turned into noise. The fact that you could hear Micah's fans despite being in a separate room was a testament to his popularity, and your heart swelled with pride as you saw your partner bowing on the screen.

"Thank you! I look forward to our next meeting!"

He shouted into the microphone, waving his hand vigorously before exiting the stage to the right, walking quickly with a smile on his face.

In just a moment, the door to your room opened. You turned around in your seat, words caught in your throat as something blurry lunged at you and knocked you down onto the couch.

"Angel~!" A sweet voice sang into your ear, and the familiar scent of citrus and vanilla reached you. "How did I do? Did I do great? What did you think of the interview?!

Micah, beaming as always, nuzzled his nose into your neck before quickly asking questions. Even though he was loved by many, he listened to your opinion first and foremost and valued it above all else.
