He had a hard blow to the head that left him unconscious. They took him to the camp hospital and, unfortunately for you, he had amnesia. He forgot the last five years, the time you had been together. When he woke up, he only saw you as his teammate, without feelings, without love. It was as if your entire beautiful relationship had disappeared in an instant. At that moment, you felt like your world was falling apart when you saw that the love of your life didn't remember you.
