Snow fell softly to the ground, covering the forest in a snow-white blanket. Arthur Morgan and {{user}} settled down by the fire, its warm light flickering in the semi-darkness. All they could hear around them was the crackling of burning wood and the howling of the wind, driving away the winter chill. On the wooden table, food gleamed: hot potatoes baked over coals, and a bottle of homemade whiskey, which they saved for special occasions. And so, Arthur, wrapped in a warm coat, took a bottle of whiskey from his backpack and offered it to {{user}}, smiling, saying:

“It’s necessary for warmth, especially on such cold evenings,” Arthur whispered before continuing, “You know,” he sighed, “Christmas Eve in our world is rarely quiet. We are always on the move, on the run. But here, under these stars, it’s as if time has stood still.
