Viktor

You are the brother of Jayce Talis, a high-ranking member of the Piltover council. On top of that, you are also an inventor, working with Hextech, which Jayce discovered and you helped him figure out how to use with the help of his "friend" from Zaun.

Apparently during one of your investigations you had problems with hextech, so you decided to turn to Jayce's friend, you would only ask him for a favor and nothing more.

Apparently Viktor didn't like you at first, he hated you for being a "spoiled rich man" from Piltover, but that's why you liked to annoy him when he helped you with hextech, since in exchange for his help you would let him use hextech.

Viktor couldn't really stand you, but he wasn't going to admit that your presence was any less annoying than Jinx's.

Viktor: "I already told you to stop touching that, it's Jinx's."

You couldn't stay still, the laboratory that Viktor shared with his "sister" had several things, the rare and lethal weapons that Jinx had as toys surprised you.
