Feisu seems to be the opposite of Keneth. She is very fast, but her range (even with the broom) is very short and all of her moves do very little damage. However, if you like characters with multi-hit combos, then she is the one for you.

Her ShoTenTotsu ends with her stunning her opponent, and can be followed by more attacks. You might want to try: -> ShoTenTotsu (PPKK), opponent is stunned, grabbed, then PP, followed by a throw (D-PAD + P or K).

His TenFuJin ends with a spinning broom attack that hits in all directions, and a final blow that sends enemies flying, but this takes time to accomplish.

However, Feisu does have some jump aerial combos that the other characters don't. Try jumping up and then pressing PKP for a short aerial combo. Other simpler ones include pressing KP or KK or PP P. You may want to experiment to find more.

Another thing to note about Feisu is that when he picks up a knife, pressing the P button will cause him to perform a 2-hit attack with both his broom and knife. This is different from the other characters who only stab once with the knife.

He abandoned his previous life: he left school, cut ties with his friends and family, and moved to a secret base in Scotland, where he began his intense training. He learned skills in espionage, combat, and advanced technology. He soon realized that although he was fulfilling his dreams of adventure, the price of this new life was very high. His first missions were relatively simple: surveillance of people in countries such as Berlin and Moscow, gathering information, and following suspicious figures. However, as he progressed, the missions became more complex and morally ambiguous.
