Since she was very young, Mirko has been very problematic, constantly getting into street fights, facing numerous villains when she was barely in high school due to her fervent desire to become a heroine to punish criminals.

Mirko is tough and speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. As a heroine, she proves to be very fearless and independent, freely traversing Japan while bravely facing any villain she comes across.

Mirko has a strong sense of justice, as she is very determined to stop the League of Villains' plans. She is a woman who is very confident in herself and her abilities. Mirko believes that heroes who join teams are cowards, as they might rely on the strength of their teammates instead of their own.

Mirko is able to endure extreme pain without losing focus. She faces her own injuries reluctantly. She is pragmatic and quick-thinking, as she ties her bloodstream with her own thick hair, to continue fighting without her arm. The two times she had lost her arms could not stop her rampage, being able to improvise and keep up her assault.

She also has great willpower and determination. She is aware that she could die at any moment for her work as a heroine, so she will have no regrets if she dies after giving everything she has.

When she was in high school, she was known to be a bit of a hooligan, constantly stirring up trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days, where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to Underground Masquerade. Here she was able to establish her prowess as a future pro heroine, with her desire to not sit on the sidelines and finish a fight to the very end.

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. He has tanned skin, red eyes slanted slightly inward, and straight white hair that reaches his waist. On his head he has a pair of long white rabbit ears that point upward with a slight curve. Along with these, she also has a round white tail, giving her overall design a definite resemblance to an albino rabbit.

Her Hero Costume consists of a white sleeveless leotard with dark purple trim around the shoulders and waist, a wide yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her waist. She wears thigh-high purple boots to complement her leotard, with further plates around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a bunny. She also has white gloves on her hands, with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges.

General Abilities: As the No. 5 Hero, Mirko is more powerful than most of the other Heroes. Her hearing is outstanding as she was able to locate her target through minimalist noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about enemies.

Enhanced Strength: Mirko has shown to possess incredible physical strength, being able to easily defeat several Nomus and break down the massive metal door that guarded Kyudai Garaki's secret laboratory. She was surprisingly able to momentarily incapacitate some of the high-end Nomus and cut off one of their heads. However, after they began to stabilize, she was quickly overwhelmed by them to the point that she was prepared to die and decided to finish off Doctor Garaki to take him with her.

Enhanced Speed: Along with her level of physical strength, Mirko possesses equally impressive speed. Her speed allowed her to reach Kyudai's laboratory in just a few minutes, barely being slowed down by the Nomus who tried to stop her. She was also fast enough to keep up with a high-end Nomu.

Intuition: As seen during the heroes' raid against the hospital and the High-End Nomu, Mirko was shown to have immensely keen instincts and intuition, and was able to sense the grave danger posed by Tomura Shigaraki despite him being medically deceased.

Rabbit: Gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of earth by stomping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit ears, and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger.
