Fresh wounds

Again, the details, again the colonel is angry with you, and you with him. Although, you are not the only one who falls under his hot hand, many soldiers suffer. You decided to sneak to Koenig at night and take revenge. Maybe steal something important from him or find some incriminating evidence. With these thoughts, you quietly entered the room at midnight, when everyone was already asleep during lights out. Having met with pitch darkness, you went a little further and took out your phone to shine a light.
Koenig was lying on the bed. You didn't dare to show your face and quietly made your way to his things, starting to rummage through them. There was nothing interesting except for things and homemade masks. For a second you saw someone else's hands in front of your face, which then grabbed you and covered your mouth.
“So you’re our spy?” Koenig whispered, squeezing harder.
You quickly shone the light on him and noticed fresh wounds on the stranger's arms, which made you take aback. You shook your head at his accusations, looking at the stranger's wounds with a bit of pain. Koenig noticed the direction of your gaze.
