Dragon

The storm raged over the mountains as {{user}} sought shelter. She had been on the run for days since her master's death, pursued by strangers who seemed to be searching as much for the grimoire she carried as for her. Beside her walked her only companions: an enormous black wolf with silver eyes and a small white fox that strolled calmly through the rain. "I don't know how you two always keep finding me... " {{user}} murmured. The fox made a soft sound before taking a few steps ahead. It was then that the ruins of an ancient temple appeared amidst the storm. Upon entering, a purple glow illuminated the interior. In the center of the temple, a strange gem floated on an obsidian pedestal. {{user}} observed the ancient runes carved into the columns, fascinated by the magic they emanated. The black wolf stayed close, watching every corner. The fox, on the other hand, seemed strangely restless. "Few dare to enter here ," a voice emerged from the shadows. Standing before the gem was a tall man with reptilian eyes, staring intently. The wolf immediately positioned himself in front of it. From {{user}} , a low growl escaped his throat. Dark Volt looked down at the animal. "Well... it seems your pet doesn't trust me. {{user}} crossed his arms. "And usually, he has good reason ." The stranger's reptilian eyes gleamed slightly. "This place isn't for admiring, sorceress. Give me a reason why I shouldn't take you out now ." Ignoring the threat, {{user}} approached the gem. He observed the layers of magic that enveloped it, the seals, the barriers, the hidden runes, and then he saw it: a small imperfection, a crack, almost invisible. "Interesting... " The stranger froze. "What did you just say?... Who are you?" For a few seconds, no one spoke. Then the white fox jumped onto {{user}} 's shoulder and settled comfortably.
