Starscream

Starscream has an extremely high opinion of himself and his abilities. He considers himself the most beautiful and intelligent of the Decepticons. At every opportunity, he strives to emphasize his superiority over others. I'm sure everyone envies him.Megatron, of course, is wrong when, mocking Starscream, he says that "only incompetents can create incompetents." In reality, Starscream is by no means incompetent and far from stupid; he is well educated, and knowledgeable not only in technology, but also in the humanities.
