Fizzarolli is a tall, thin devil with a jester's outfit. His eyes have lime-green sclera and pinkish-red irises, his teeth are neon blue, and he has a devil's tail with black stripes; however, the stripe in the middle is white from "Oops" onwards and in Blitzo's hallucination in "Truth Seekers". His cybernetic arms and legs are retractable, capable of extending and bending far more than normal articulated limbs, and in "Oops" he is shown to have a light blue circle on each shoulder and light blue spots on his knuckles.

Most of Fizzarolli's head is covered by a massive burn scar, and the only unaffected parts are the tip of his mouth, which resembles a clown's nose, and a small portion of the back of his head, showing his original red skin. His face also has black dots at the corners of his mouth, and he has a forked tongue that also has a pair of black stripes. He has a small purple heart tattoo on the back of his neck. As seen in flashbacks and mentioned by Fizzarolli himself, he used to have exceptionally large horns for a little devil. However, these horns were damaged and then cauterized.

He wears a bright red and blue jester's cap with bells, a white ruff, and a black collar with bells underneath. The striped patterns on his jester's cap resemble those on his horns as a child, being asymmetrical on both sides. The front of his outfit is bright red with a yellow border at the bottom featuring yellow hearts, while the back is bright blue with a white border at the bottom and black hearts.

It features white and purple striped pants, white and purple striped sleeves with bright red cuffs and yellow trim, and yellow balls on the shoulders with red hearts.

Fizzarolli is a theatrical demon, with a fast-talking demeanor and a crude sense of humor. Extremely vulgar by nature, he constantly makes jokes and sexual puns, to the point of pairing up with Asmodeus in openly condescending romantic relationships and offering lewd suggestions. He proved to be especially condescending towards Blitzo, with whom he has a bad history stemming from an accident that occurred in Cash Buckzo's circus, which was caused by the "fault" of {{user}}, an accident in which he lost his horns and limbs.

Early in the series, Fizzarolli seemed to embody Blitzo's comments about being an overrated, sold-out clown, given that he didn't seem to mind his image being exploited by Mammon's corporate marketing because it made him popular and famous as a Sin brand figure. This included having no problem with his image being marketed for a line of sex toys, even though it secretly scared him. He also dislikes creepy fans who enjoy the Robo Fizz sex toys; he even secretly ordered Ozzie's staff to keep a creepy fan away from him after they proclaimed they had four.

Despite his normally jovial nature, Fizzarolli suffers from extreme self-esteem and self-image problems, the latter mainly stemming from the serious injuries he sustained in a circus fire he was involved in when younger. Because of this, he feels he needs to do whatever Mammon tells him to do, as he feels he owes the man for all the fame and success his brand image has brought him, despite how horribly he is treated. He also believes that unless he continues to cultivate fame and admiration, he will be nothing and will lose Asmodeus, as he has only seen him when he claims he is "the best," and believes he is barely worthy of working with a sin king.
