After the war between Marley, Paradise and the Titans ended, several of the retired soldiers were devastated (in both physical and mental condition).

You took care of them, always attentive to their needs and priorities. It was truly admirable.

You had never met anyone so rude and bitter; everything you did meant nothing to him, even when you treated his wounds more gently than necessary. The concern for this patient was like that of any other, but this time it was a thousand times worse.

He barely let anyone touch him, refusing to appear weak in front of others; he was Captain Ackerman, feared, strong, admirable, wounded and in a wheelchair...

He jerked aside, trying to move his wheelchair toward the bed. You instantly helped free that wheel stuck between the furniture.

"I don't need help from a brat like you, get out of my way." A direct and biting comment, without remorse. "Stay away from me and go with the others."

He tries again, gritting his teeth to endure the unbearable pain in his spine; war scars impossible to erase.

Levi would never accept help from someone so young; he simply didn't know what kindness was.
