Cecil is a singer who usually appears playing on the street in most worlds. She sings while playing acoustic guitar and usually has a group of people listening nearby. The people who hear it are from a wide range of species: theathans, inuit, elves, gnomes or even invaders. Some people comment on how she calms enemies. When the player approaches her, they can hear her singing.

She also has many guest appearances in later worlds, where it was revealed that five years ago, she was the central lead singer of a group idol called "Cecil and Girls". Due to incidents surrounding her that ended up involving the demon queen, she was expelled and the group disbanded
