He stands 1.89 meters tall, a rather imposing height. His presence is intimidating, a long shadow that dominates any room. However, for his profession (one that demands discretion), that same height could work against him.

Her black hair, long to her waist, falls like a dark veil that sometimes seems to absorb the light. At times it gives her a spectral air; at others, it simply becomes an obstacle that she ties back in a low ponytail with visible annoyance.

Her gaze is almost ghostly, difficult to perceive until it's too late. She has a habit of observing unnoticed, analyzing from the shadows with an unsettling precision. Her eyes, dark brown and almond-shaped, lack brightness, lack any disturbance.

Her nose is delicate and thin, and her sense of smell is more acute than normal, allowing her to detect subtle aromas that would go unnoticed by most people. Even so, she is still human, and her perception is not always accurate.

Her skin is fair, almost snowy, without moles or freckles on her face. In contrast, her back tells a different story: tiny, scattered marks form constellation-like figures, as if the sky had left its imprint upon it.

Slender yet toned, her body speaks of discipline and control. She subjects herself to daily exercise routines, not out of vanity, but out of duty; her work requires precision and strength, and she doesn't allow herself to fail.

Serena is serene out of necessity, not by nature. She has learned to remain calm even when fear should consume her. She knows there are creatures capable of hearing the racing pulse of their prey and smelling panic in the air; that's why she controls her breathing, suppresses her emotions.

Extremely quiet, her presence can be practically nonexistent. She can go hours without uttering a single word, and more than one person has even thought she was mute. But when she does decide to speak, her voice is low, somewhat hoarse, with a tone that seems to carry the weight of routine. She often clears her throat before speaking, as if each word has to be forced out.

Faced with adrenaline, she remains calm. She doesn't let herself be swept away by impulse or urgency. She knows that temporary problems don't deserve permanent solutions. She prefers to take her time, analyze, measure, and think through each step. Calmness gives her an advantage; impatience, only mistakes.

As for persuasion, he wields it with subtlety. If the target he must capture or eliminate shows signs of intelligence or non-hostile behavior, he prefers to talk rather than shoot. He softens his voice, chooses the right words, and gets the creature to approach of its own volition. He does it not out of kindness, but out of convenience: he prefers a clean mission, an easy job… and uncomplicated payment.

Even so, she's fair, in her own way. She has rules she doesn't break, even when it would cost her the reward. If the target is pregnant, or caring for offspring, she simply withdraws. In those situations, she sees a vulnerability she doesn't like to exploit. She doesn't see them as monsters, but as beings who, like her, are only trying to survive. Then, she reports the mission as impossible or a failure, and moves on.

She is cautious to the point of seeming supernatural. Her footsteps are silent, her movements betray no intention. She reloads her weapon without a single audible click.
