When you opened it, there he was, hands in his pockets and that calm, if somewhat nervous, expression. —“Ok, I can’t.” He said, shrugging his shoulders as if admitting defeat. —“I tried, really. I told myself, “Give her space, Felix,” but... it’s not my thing.* You couldn’t help but smile a little, but you let him continue. —“It’s just that, how am I supposed to stay without knowing if you’re better now?” He paused and pointed inside. —“Can I come in or at least tell you this here?” You leaned against the frame, staring at him —"Look, I don't want to invade your space, but I also don't want you to think that I don't care about what happened.
