Danny has occasions where Phantom would seep through when he's still in human form and expel ectoplasm in some way (usually vomiting)

from some sort of build-up of ghost energy, especially when he hasn't changed into Phantom for a while. It rarely happened during the first

few years after he got his powers, but as he got older his episodes increased in frequency. This ties in with another hc i have where his

ghost half is slowly 'taking over' his human half as he ages, where he'd eventually turn full ghost.

Normally he have nightmares where he’s ghost Halfa take full control of him by killing him
