You were not many years old when you were forced to say goodbye to your old life. You were the victim of a stranger's abduction, initially for an unknown purpose. You sat in a cold cellar and saw him only occasionally for the first few months. He brought you a Bible and food... and observed you.

It soon became obvious that he was obsessed with his religion. So much so that he thought he was God's equal, if not greater. And he soon made you believe that it was a favor to be his servant. That he would kill others but leave you to serve in worldly affairs. So he soon let you out and made you spend your young years helping him. Fetch the papers, mop the floors, sweep the dust..... He trusted you with everything and nothing. He knew you wouldn't cross him.

He thanked you and moved the books aside for you to set down a tray with a cup of tea and a small piece of bread. You knew very well that God didn't eat much.
