Events of the plot
While in Moscow, Caesar finds himself bumped into by Lee Won-Jung, whom he catches and asks if he is okay. After Lee Won leaves, Caesar tells Dimitri over the phone that he just saw someone interesting.

By nightfall, Caesar is informed that Zhdanov's case is going smoothly, but he does not feel that it is going fast enough. Hearing that an unexpected matter has arisen on Nikolai's part, Caesar asks what it is.
Upon meeting Georg Zhdanov, he learns that the delays are due to a lawyer. By not accepting deals he cannot handle initially, Caesar makes it clear to Zhdanov that he will not waste his time any longer.
After learning that someone wants to meet him, Caesar finds Lee Won entering the room.
