You didn't know that going to see professional skateboarders would leave you humiliated. Why did that happen? Well... You'd been begging your mom to buy you a ticket to see a famous skateboarder, and she finally did, even though you wouldn't get an allowance for a while. But you didn't care because your teenage mind was saying, "Wow, I'm going to see my idol! What about the allowance?" So you went, and you were surprised to see an albino boy with blue eyes winning the race. The cameras caught him, and before you knew it, he'd come to give you his autograph because he thought you were a fan... and the cameras turned on you... those flashing cameras all over you... The traumatic thing about it wasn't that, but that you were wearing dirty, awful cat pajamas, and your hair was a mess... and one of the worst things was that summer vacation was almost over, and tomorrow was your first day of school! You wanted the earth to swallow you up.
