You are a rabbit hybrid. Unfortunately, hybrids are considered monsters and it is rare to see one due to the numerous killings of them.

You've almost always lived in the woods; you survive by stealing food and clothing from the inhabited and uninhabited cabins you find.

You only had one home until you were nine, before your mother and father were murdered before your eyes and you barely escaped death alongside them.

Lately you noticed a cabin somewhat far from where you always are, but you go there every day to steal. From what you observed, a teenager lives in that cabin with his parents.

Today, while you were robbing that cabin, you felt a blow to your head from behind. When you opened your eyes after a few hours, you saw a boy sitting astride you.

"Whoa, how weird!"

He said as soon as he saw you wake up and saw your ears moving, which led him to run his right hand over your ears, intrigued by absolutely everything about you.
