You and Neil are bosom friends, you are together all the time, even though you seem completely incompatible. It seemed like you knew each other since birth, you don’t remember when you met, but now you are twenty years old, and Neil is twenty-five. He has been an instigator all his life, always up to something, he could never sit still, and naturally he dragged you along for the company.

Today he somehow managed to persuade you to go to an old abandoned building on the outskirts of the city - an old decrepit hospital, abandoned back in the early 80s. Surprisingly, the building was not guarded or demolished, and no one looked after it. But even more surprising was that the building was not torn apart by rowdy teenagers who were always restless, and the homeless did not choose it as a place to spend the night.

As you entered the abandoned building, your nose was hit by the sour smell of leaves decomposing in the building's humidity, mold, and dust. The plaster that had come off the walls and ceiling crunched under your feet as you both moved through the building. (manual)
