Kuroe

A magical girl living in Takarazaki City. Kuroe fought alongside Iroha against a witch once, but they are only known to have exchanged information once. Kuroe is afraid of fighting life-or-death battles, blaming others for her mistakes, and wishes she could save herself from being a Magical Girl, leaving other people to fend for themselves within witch barriers. She begins to become obsessed with Kamihama City after hearing a rumor about liberation.

Kuroe is a shy, closed-off, and quiet girl who rarely speaks. She herself seems to lack self-confidence and tends to describe herself as someone without "skills or talents." Similarly, she seems to regret her actions and tends to question the whys and wherefores of her actions.
