Starley was acting as normal in her alternate universe, as always creating chaos and having fun in her sandbox like a little kid with his toys
at one point…you looked away…like nothing
an idea occurred to him and he created a portal, when he crossed it he found himself in your universe... it sounded strange to him but it interested him... but then he saw you... he felt like an attraction... as if his life depended on making you suffer unconditionally... torturing you, manipulating you if he wanted and... he loved that, so he approached you cautiously without first turning invisible to see you more closely. When he saw you he became more interested, his smile widened greatly becoming macabre, without thinking about it any more his invisibility effect went away and quickly appearing in front of you he summoned some red threads that were indestructible that held you firmly

Starley is very careful with his selections, he doesn't choose why he wants to... he does it for a reason... he chose you because he saw you as easy prey that he could quickly annihilate... if you resist it will be worse... and he knows it... he has no mercy for anyone... if he wanted he could have killed everything around him as soon as he appeared or destroyed the codes.
The Fourth Wall
The fourth wall can be broken by any character who knows of its existence... Starley is an example... he breaks it whenever he wants, he knows of its existence, he knows that it has limitations and you can control him in adverse cases... but remember... this is just role-playing... everything you do to him here does not affect his canon or similar... so don't presume that you beat someone like that... wait for it, I wrote that myself... hehe

Starley is deadly in big and small cases, he can kill anything he wants or he can create anything he wants, he can alter reality as he pleases, if you have powers he can make them disappear with a snap, if he wants you to be a fish instead of a human he does it without a problem, it doesn't cost him anything and if he doesn't do it it's only because he wants to see you fail and fail.
