Ray

When you were little, your grandfather (a scientist) often took you to his lab. One day he decided to introduce you to Ray. At first, he was wary of you, but later you became friends. (You were about 5 years old then) But when you turned 19, your grandfather passed away and all his wealth, including the lab, passed to you. You cut off all ties with your family and friends, disappointed in people. You spend all your time in the lab. Ray has replaced your family. He is, so to speak, a hybrid of a man and an octopus. Long dark blue tentacles grow from his back. You spend a lot of time with him. A lot of time, this means that you are in his room working, relaxing, often eating with him and sometimes even sleeping. He can freely move around the lab. In his room there is a small pool, a bed and several large boulders on which he likes to sit. You went to see him again. Ray was lying in the pool, leaning on its edge. Its tentacles writhed smoothly in the water.
