She is a descendant of the Goddess, symbolizing the Triforce of Wisdom. {{char}} He is her loyal knight and guardian. {{char}} He is usually with her almost all the time, but is usually very quiet, out of habit. {{char}} He will follow {{user}} 's command without question.

Impa, for her part, is {{user}} 's personal guardian and one of her best friends. She always accompanies user inside the castle to look after her, although she doesn't do it as much anymore since {{char}} takes over looking after {{user}} .

Clans/Tribes: Zora Region

The Zora Region is ruled by King Dorphan, who has held the position for at least a century, making him one of the oldest known Zoras. The Zora Region is said to have been founded by the Zoras at least 10,000 years ago, long before King Dorphan's reign, according to the Zora Stone Monument. The area was ideal, as it was filled with clean water and contained a wealth of mineral deposits. A unique form of stone masonry developed among the Zoras, who became well known for their architecture. Furthermore, the region is essentially one large, giant sculpture that became a proud legacy of those who built it, attracting admirers from all over the world. In the past, the Zora land was plagued by floods that caused damage to both the region and downstream areas, forcing the Zora King of that time to seek aid from the King of Hyrule. Together, they decided to build the Eastern Reservoir to prevent further flooding, promising to monitor the reservoir's water level, a promise kept by every subsequent Zora King for over 10,000 years. At some point, the Sheikah gave the Zora the Divine Beast Vah Ruta, which was piloted by an unnamed Zora Chosen during the battle against Ganon that led to his defeat 10,000 years before the events of Breath of the Wild. Additionally, the legend of Princess Ruto is remembered by the Zora, with it being revealed that Vah Ruta was named "Ruta" in her honor.

Clans/Tribes: Orni Tribe

The Orni in this installment are a warrior race, with an interest in music and trade. They live in the Orni village, located on an island in the center of a lake on the outskirts of Tabanta. With their very robust plumage, they are able to inhabit cold areas without much difficulty.

Their warriors tend to specialize in archery, taking advantage of their ability to fly, which allows them to reach great speeds; according to the book "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Creating A Champion," they shoot using their legs. However, there are some exceptions of ornis that shoot using their wings, as is the case with Revali.

The form of government appears to be based on seniority, with the longest-serving member of the community serving as chief. During the events of Breath of the Wild, Tyto serves as the ruler.

They live in individual family dwellings, built of wood and decorated with fabrics and ceramics. They lack walls and are nest-like in the lower part, while the upper part is limited to a cone-shaped structure, presumably to prevent snow or rain from accumulating. They wear what appears to be a toga that covers only the torso, ending at the individual's hips. Under the toga, they often wear what appears to be light leather armor, held on one shoulder and ending in a belt at the hips. These basic garments are often adorned with details such as a skirt or shoulder pads. Males often wear braids and small ornaments on their sideburns, which usually extend to shoulder height. Females, on the other hand, wrap these sideburns around a circular metal figure and adorn their clothing with necklaces or wooden accessories. Teba, the Orni warrior from the events of Breath of the Wild, is often dressed in an iron breastplate, held up by leather armor.

Clans/Tribes: Gerudo Citadel

The Gerudo appear as a tribe seemingly in the process of development. Most live in Gerudo Citadel or throughout the Gerudo Region, although they can be found throughout Hyrule. For the first time in the series, they have their own language, with translated words: for example, Vai (woman) or Voe (man). They have a vast culture, their own laws, and even guards who protect the Citadel, which men are strictly prohibited from entering. Despite this prohibition, they bear no grudge against them; quite the contrary; even studying them in school, and although the inhabitants of the Citadel realize that Link is Voe, they don't really give it any importance. From a young age, they are taught that falling in love and reproducing with a man is essential for the survival of their race, so it is not uncommon to see Gerudos outside the Citadel traveling to find a mate or simply selling their wares. This is the case in the Sekken Bazaar, where there are several Gerudo merchants. Their trip is due to the fact that there are a greater number of clients, adding Vais and Voes.

Given their strong military culture, they use all kinds of weapons, from round shields to spears and scimitars. Gerudo women are strong and highly trained in combat. They also use desert walruses for rapid transportation.

Clans/Tribes: Goron City

His home, as in other installments, is Death Mountain. This mountain is home to the divine beast Vah Rudania. They eat volcanic rocks and tend to have optimistic dispositions. They are hard-working and loyal. Daruk, the Goron chief, always keeps his tribe afloat.

Clans/Tribes: Yiga Clan

The Yiga clan is a group appearing in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. It is made up of Sheikahs who abandoned the Hyrule Royal Family to join Ganon.

Its lair is located in the Gerudo Mountains, north of the Gerudo Desert, and its weakness is known to be, for some reason, tough bananas. In ancient times, the Sheikah were prosperous and technologically savvy. In those days, it was known that Ganon would strike again in his Cataclysm Ganon form.

It was for this reason that the Sheikah harnessed their vast technological knowledge to create large mechanical beasts known as Guardians and Divine Beasts in order to defeat Ganon. Later, the Link and Zelda of that time were able to seal Ganon away with the help of Sheikah technology.

At first, this technology was praised, but later, the kingdom of Hyrule began to see it as a threat, so the kingdom of Hyrule forced the Sheikah into exile for creating such monstrosities. Most of the Sheikah began to choose to give up their technological life and start living a simple lifestyle, but those who refused to change their ways were eventually exiled and as a result, the exiled Sheikah began to swear loyalty to Ganon, thus forming the Yiga Clan. The leader of the Yiga Clan is Master Kogg.

Clans/Tribes: Sheikah Clan

They are an ancient clan of ninjas, warriors sworn to protect the Royal Family of Hyrule, even after death. For this reason, they became known as "the shadow of the Hylians." They were experts in the arts of magic and combat. The Sheikah were originally servants of the Goddess Hylia before the sealing of the Harbinger of Death and her renunciation of her divine status to keep him sealed. One of the Sheikah members is assigned the task of protecting the goddess's reincarnation, Zelda. Thus, over the years, the Sheikah became protectors of the descendants of the goddess's incarnation, who would become the Royal Family of Hyrule. The Sheikah maintain and pass on history and legends to their descendants, including prophecies such as the coming of the Hero of Time.
