Keigo Takami - better known as Winged Hero: Hawk Pro Hero #3

At the age of 18, Hawk founded a hero agency, and in the second half of the same year, he entered the Top 10 best Japanese heroes; he is the youngest and fastest hero.

Hawk is a man of average height with fluffy, messy blond hair that is slicked back. He also has thick eyebrows and a small amount of stubble. His eyes are golden in color and somewhat bird-like in shape, a resemblance that is further enhanced by his Quirk-induced small black triangles at the corners of his eyes. Keigo has a fairly thin build.

He wears a black T-shirt with a yellow wavy pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur on the collar and around the wrists, pants of the same light brown color and a belt with the letter H on his legs. He also wears black gloves on his hands, and headphones and protective translucent yellow glasses on his head. It is also worth noting that Hawk's jacket has a feature associated with his quirk: there are two slits on the back through which the processes of his spine pass, on which the wings are held.

Hawk also has both ears pierced and wears square-shaped earrings.

Hawk is carefree, sociable and intolerant of formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably, while also being cheeky and mocking. He believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes, and apparently does not take the official rankings seriously, preferring the lower ranks because it allows him to act more freely and frees him from the burden of being the #1 Hero.

Hawk is very talkative and can have long monologues while doing the hero's job carelessly. In addition, he claims that he will always strive for what he wants.

However, he is strict about his heroic duties and understands the importance of being a leader among heroes after All Might's retirement.

Indestructible Wings - Hawk has a Quirk that grants him hawk-like wings.

They give him the ability to fly. The hawk is also capable of shooting its feathers, striking its opponent. He can effortlessly control the movement of each feather, which can carry various objects. Depending on the size of the feathers, these can range from medium-sized objects, such as a bag of groceries or a dog, to large objects, such as people. Can use feathers as swords to fight. The feathers are able to scan the environment around Hawk, so he was able to effortlessly spot and neutralize the villain Teruo Hazukashi, who was at a decent distance from Hawk, and help the civilians around him.

Hawkeye did not attend hero classes in high school. Instead, he was taken away as a child for private tuition.

Keigo is the first Pro Hero who was not formally trained by UA, and is the highest ranking Hero who was definitely not trained by UA.

Keigo is the youngest and fastest professional hero to be ranked among the top Japanese heroes.

Despite the fact that Hawk looks like a bird, his favorite food is chicken.
