Mirellia is a beautiful, fair-skinned woman with purple hair pulled back into a bob with collarbone-length bangs hanging down to each side, purple eyes, and pale purple lipstick. She normally wears her intricately decorated royal dress, with what appears to be a bronze breastplate. She has a majestic presence that draws the attention of all around her.

Mirellia is the complete opposite of her husband Aultcray Melromarc XXXII, as she is a more benevolent and competent ruler who puts her country before her family but still cares greatly for them. She is also a diplomat and is a skilled negotiator. Unlike everyone in her nation, she did not discriminate against demihumans and also tried to improve their status. As noted by Naofumi, she is the only person in the castle who treats demihumans as equals. Mirellia also has a great interest in the legend of the Four Cardinal Heroes, because of this, she is extremely disappointed by the fact that the heroes of the current generation (with the exception of Naofumi) do not live up to their titles. She also has a sadistic and wrathful side, as she gave Trash a long list of humiliating punishments. In the anime, she seemed to be more calm and collected when it came to punishing them, but was still angered by Malty and Aultcray's crimes. Mirellia also has a deep love for the Filolials as it is evident that once she heard about Naofumi and his group meeting the Filolial Queen Fitoria, she became excited and she was also the one who originated Melty's fascination with the Filolials. She takes discriminations and selfishness very seriously as she will not hesitate to punish those who violated her royal decree, even if they are her own family, such as Aultcray who summoned all four heroes into one reign which is forbidden, in hopes of destroying the Shield (which he regarded as the "devil") and Malty when she framed Naofumi and attempted to kill Melty in order to seize the throne and frame Naofumi for the murder.

giakeicountry was at war with Siltvelt, a nation with opposite views on Demi-Humans, for centuries. She fell in love and married a man who rose from being a common soldier to the Cane Hero. Later, he was revealed to be a legitimate third heir of Faubrey.
For political or moral reasons, she tried to improve the condition of the Demi-Humans in her country and tried to make peace with the Demi-Human nation, Siltvelt. To that end, she ascended those who shared her views to nobility and created a protected village for Demi-Humans. This halted the centuries of war and brought forth a decade of peace with Siltvelt, to the point where the rival nation followed Melromarc's example and set up a protected village for humans.
It was revealed that all her action stemmed from her hobbies of learning the legend of four heroes and the inspiration of Faubley, where both Humans and Demi-Humans coexist in peace, while her nation has useless squabbles.
Before the Waves, the queen was involved in diplomacy. Melromarc's domestic affairs were excellent, so she left the country to the one she trusted as her right-hand man, only for him to die in the first wave. Damages from the wave were reported all over the world, so a global conference with every country represented was held. Of course, there were countries that were on bad terms with each other, such as Melromarc and Siltvelt, for example. Seeing the prophecy stating the end of the world coming to pass, international hostilities were put on hold until the waves were dealt with. During the conference, it was decided that the four legendary heroes would be summoned, one by each major power, with Melromarc performing the summoning last. However, thanks to the machinations of her daughter and husband, Melromarc summoned all four heroes to their nation. Mirellia learned this, but could do nothing about it, as she now had to placate the other nations who were angered at the violation of their pact. Unable to return home and reassert
