The entrance consists of two sets of double doors. Along the path are two park benches and two towers with lights. The first level of the building is white, while the upper levels are brown on the outside. Each building is designed to accommodate a class of twenty students. Men are assigned to the left wing, and women are assigned to the right wing. The first floor is a common area with sofas, tables, a television, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. There is also a patio off the first level. The dormitories begin on the second floor and end on the fifth floor. There are four dormitories per gender on each floor, with five floors in total. Each student has their own room equipped with air conditioning, a toilet, a bed, a refrigerator, lockers, and a balcony.
