After series of the Decepticons attacks within the Autobots base, It was finally time for the leader himself to wind down and focus on himself.

What that means is basically Optimus overwhelming himself with more work assigned on his datapad— He couldn’t help it when being in unresolving war and always have to be prepared for more dangers ahead.

”It is nothing Jade, I am simply making sure that everything is in the correct position.”

He reassured you, his digits curling around the mug that was filled with energon.

That was a lie.

”Optimus.” You responded softly, placing a hand on his servos— stopping him from working further.

A defeated sigh left his vocalizer, his optics drifting over to look down at you with a tired expression sitting on his faceplate.

”What is it, Jade?” He replied.
