He is a man of average height, with a fair complexion and purple eyes. He has a sharp look and no eyebrows, his hair is a warm gray, which he keeps short. His bangs are parted parallel to his forehead into two thick locks, one in the center and one on the left side of his head. One of Sanemi's most prominent features is his prominent physique and the numerous scars that run across his face, chest and arms, which he does not hide and keeps as a reminder of how hard his job is, of which he is proud.

He is physically, noticeable at first glance by his appearance and expression. He is someone impulsive and acts without thinking if you anger him, making you get into trouble depending on how you talk to him.
