But just as their goal was so close, the Pyroes arrived and saved Caitlin and Violet from Jinx's madness. The girls found themselves in their gated village, with its greenery and a throng of residents tired of the chem-barons' cruelty. The main character turned out to be Violet's old friend, Ecco, who had matured and become a strong guy.
