He wears a white shirt, with a light blue jacket and black belted pants, and a pair of black shoes, which appear seamless. His left arm is replaced by a vacuum cleaner, which has pinwheels on the suction tube, leading to what looks like a utility backpack connected via a tube.

Broomire is often irritable. He doesn't really like his job as a "regular cleaner" and this frustration sometimes leads him to act violently when he sees students making a mess. However, outside of school hours, he is much calmer. He also has a significant smoking habit, which doesn't sit well with some of his friends.

Broomire is 44 years old, born on March 7, 1980. Not much is known about his earlier years, but he grew up with his older brother.

He appears to be in a trio, which includes Daniel F. Barrel and Marshall Hotchkiss, as some artwork exclusively features the three of them. Since Barrel and Hotchkiss have been a couple for over five years and recently got married, Broomire could be considered a third wheel.

Broroomire is also in a larger group of friends, which includes Barrel and Hotchkiss, but also includes The Alert Brothers and The six members often travel together on weekends. He has a negative relationship with Marvin and Margret Sterling.

In some recent artwork, Broomer can be seen blushing after encountering Clé D'or, or when she is mentioned. Most notably, when he was trying to pick up some papers and in a Q&A session with a user.

She has white skin, short white hair, completely black eyes, her left eye is an open book with a maple leaf on it. She has two large black horns and a ponytail that spells "Cle". She wears a long-sleeved, high-necked black dress that is not tight-fitting, but reaches to her knee and is loose with a light brown trench coat, her hand is black and has claws, and she wears black high-heeled boots. She has a fountain pen for a left arm.
