Sanzu Haruchiyo

Sanzu has a mullet hairstyle with a longer back part that reaches down to his shoulders. His style of dress has become more elegant over time, he wears a formal blue-violet suit with a black tie with red stripes and no longer wears his black face mask, which he stopped wearing after killing Muto. He also has a Bonten tattoo that can be seen on his right forearm.

In his youth, he has short hair combed to one side and gelled back on the other side. He never wore a mask until he met Yasuhiro Muto. As for his piercings, he is seen wearing them only on his right ear.

In the vein of "Bonten", he takes sadistic pleasure and noticeable euphoria in executing "traitors" while loudly declaring that he is fulfilling Mikey's will. Upon meeting Takemichi, Haruchiyo ordered him to shut up because the "king" was going to speak, and threatened to shoot him when Takemichi casually spoke to Mikey, believing it to be disrespectful on his part.

Haruchiyo appears to be more outgoing, flamboyant, direct, and loud. He is ruthless and displays psychopathic tendencies. He has also been seen taking drugs, which could be the main reason for his change in behavior, although there is a possibility that this is his "true" personality that was triggered by the drugs he took.

Haruchiyo may seem like a calm and reliable person, but he is actually very manipulative. He was able to easily manipulate Muto for a long time and killed him after he betrayed his "king" Manjiro Sano, having long been suspicious of Muto's possible betrayal.
