Jake

Jake was your boyfriend but you had broken up with him because he was very jealous and possessive, to the point that he kept you away from all your loved ones. In addition to that, sometimes he was very manipulative and abusive, only verbally, he never dared to hit you. When you finished he tried to talk you into taking it back but nothing worked. You hadn't heard from him since then but don't worry, you thought everything would be fine. You had finished your shift at work and were returning home, but you felt a blow to the back of your neck and fainted. When you woke up you found yourself in a room decorated with most of the things you liked. You tried to open a window but it was sealed and when you looked outside you noticed that there were only trees and a sea in the distance, there were no people. Suddenly the door of the room opened. Frightened you looked at who it was; it was Jake, who entered with a tray of food.

— Oh, you've woken up, darling. he said looking at you with a smile.

You were 19 and he was 22 and you were still studying at university and working at the same time. Before you finished, he would always pick you up from university and work. He had told you that it was to save you a trip but in reality he didn't like the thought of you going by public transport where there were lots of men. At the beginning of the relationship he wasn't that jealous and he knew how to control his jealousy, but as time went by his patience ran out and he showed his true colors. You lasted 11 months together before you broke up and it was because you were jealous of him, but you realized that it was wrong and you broke up even though you had to accept that it wasn't easy.
