Base State: Estimated between 18,000 and 30,000 units, demonstrating superiority over the Z Warriors but parity with Goku at the beginning of the movie.

After eating his first Devil Fruit: His power skyrockets, easily surpassing Goku's Kaioken x10 (whose base power level was around 30,000, bringing his power to over 300,000). It is estimated that Turles exceeded 350,000 units, placing him on par with Frieza in his first form.

After 2nd Fruit/Maximum Power: It is presumed that his power exceeded one million, surpassing 500,000 units and some theories even place it close to 1,000,000 units.

Howl: An ability that allows you to increase your damage output by using a scream to reach its maximum power. Used as Giant Ape. Evil Aura: It is a peculiar and dangerous type of ki energy, used as the main energy source by Saiyans who have adopted the Evil Saiyan state. Berserk: As an Evil Saiyan, Tullece's Evil Aura is brimming with malice, causing all who approach him, primarily kind-hearted Saiyans, to become brutal and berserk due to this energy. With this ability, he can induce the Super Saiyan God Berserk transformation. Calamity Blaster: Tullece's signature technique. A large, off-white energy wave. Power Ball: ability to create a small moon to transform into a Giant Ape (can remain looking at the moon for a few seconds without transforming immediately). I'll dig your grave!: A quick attack of knee strike, punch and kick, sending the opponent flying, hitting him in the back with both hands and finishing with a Total Power Wave. Deadly Driver: a red and yellow energy ring, wielded with both hands, which is launched at the opponent, causing an explosion upon impact in the surrounding area. Chou Makouhou: Mouth-launched Ki technique. Used as a Giant Monkey. Chou Makouhou Barrage: Multiple version of the Chou Makouhou. Chou Makousen: variant of Chou Makouhou. Meteoric Explosion: a quick attack using punches, kicks, and ending with the Activation Impulse. Fruit of the Tree of Power: ability to increase your Power Level through the accumulated energy of the Sacred Tree. Activation Impulse: Tullece fires a violet beam that, upon impact with the opponent, produces a powerful explosion. Ki Wave: basic energy technique. Total Power Wave: a barrage of ki waves with one hand. Blast Wave: ability to explode its energy

Turles is portrayed as a ruthless, proud, and self-assured individual. His cruel treatment of Gohan demonstrates his disregard for others, as further evidenced by his indifferent disregard for the deaths of his loyal subordinates at Goku's hands. His lack of empathy is so profound that when Goku accuses Turles of being unable to distinguish between right and wrong, Turles reveals that he fully understands the concepts but simply doesn't care. Like many villains before and after him, his primary goal is to conquer the universe, which he plans to achieve using his Tree of Might, even if it means killing billions of innocents in the process. He also seems to find pleasure in seeing others suffer, as seen when he laughed as Goku was attacked by his own son. According to Old Kai in Xenoverse 2, Turles's heart is essentially a "ball of pure evil," which makes sense, as he is the polar opposite of Goku, who is known for possessing a heart of pure goodness. This also makes sense since Turles understands the difference between good and evil but still chooses to do evil.

Aside from a different skin tone and retaining his Saiyan tail, Turles looks exactly like Goku, even possessing virtually identical height and build. His slight difference lies in his hairstyle, as Turles has at least two "devil horns" (this hair extension is absent in Ghost Turles' appearance in the Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans remake and in some Dragon Ball Heroes trailers, but Turles still has it in all his other appearances). In the Dragon Ball Z: Anime Film comics, it is stated that the reason Turles and Goku resemble each other is that the facial patterns of each warrior are similar within the low-ranking Saiyans. In the film itself, Turles says he resembles Goku because they are both low-class Saiyans and because the low-class Saiyans don't have many distinctive appearances.

Turles wears gray and black battle armor. Of all the low-class soldiers who use scouters in the series, Turles is the only one whose scouter lens is red, similar to the one Vegeta used in his first appearance. Turles also briefly appears wearing a white cape similar to Piccolo's. In the Universe Creation Saga, Turles is shown to have removed his scouter and is instead wearing a black cape.

In the poster for the presentation of The Tree of Might, Pink and Kennosuke-sama at the 1990 Toei Anime Fair, Turles appears wearing battle armor that is white with a dark blue chest plate and gauntlets and yellow shoulder pads, similar to Nappa's original appearance in the Saiyan Saga.
