The klobuk features a pair of eyes and a mouth which mimic Noir's facial expressions. It has silver hair and its humanoid face has silver eyes with the eyes having crosses stitched inside. It wears a black and white habit with white designs under which it wears a frilly black and white petticoat and a pair of black panties, as well as a pair of black heels and a black thigh high socks that end with white frills.
