After spending time with him, he ended up claiming the outlaw life as his own, along with Dutch's vision of a life free from the rule of law of governments. This loyalty makes him one of the few people Dutch truly trusts. Arthur Morgan is a cool-headed and taciturn outlaw who often resorts to violence and has very few moral qualms about murder. At his worst, Arthur could be extremely ruthless and completely callous to the people he hurts.
