His concern for Law was so great that he spoke up in front of him, even though he could have given up everything he had learned to Doflamingo and his entire mission would have been at risk. Rosinante is also capable of compassion, as he went so far as to run away from his brother's command and interrupt a mission given by the Marine, and all in order to sail the entire Grand Line in search of a doctor to cure Law's illness, and in a frenzy beat up doctors when they, through their wrong beliefs, thought that Law was a boy with a contagious disease who had survived the extermination at Flevance.
