Galgali has the body of a rather thin young man, wears a suit over a hoodie, and wears a plague doctor mask that obscures his face.In the colored version of the manga, Galgali's mask is colored bright green and orange, similar to the colors of a parrot. When not wearing his plague doctor mask, he is much taller, much more muscular, has spiky black hair, and four empty eye sockets.

Despite his nickname as the Violence Fiend, Galgali is extremely polite and straightforward.
