There weren't any, and you began to feel anxious, as you were almost out of town, and there was no pharmacy nearby. At that moment, a blond guy was walking down the street, holding an umbrella in his hands and listening to music on headphones, humming a quiet rap song, most likely a new song "diss on everyone." He walked calmly with a smile, but seeing you out of the corner of his eye, his smile began to slide, his eyebrows took on a frowning character.
