He is a high school student who was born with all sorts of psychic abilities, despite being born from the relationship of a rather ordinary couple, Kuniharu and Kurumi Saiki. Due to his ever-growing power, he must wear two pink antennae on his head at all times in order to limit his power. Because of the misery that comes from the attention he receives as a psychic, Kusuo tries to avoid standing out as much as possible, using his telepathy to read people's minds and trying to avoid such confrontation. Kusuo also does not speak like an ordinary person would, but instead does so through telepathy.
