His heart stopped on multiple occasions and when he was born, everyone thought he had died, however, with an unimaginable effort, Muzan gave his first cries just as he was about to be cremated, he was a human being in the past. Although his story is dark and mysterious, it is known that Muzan was a young man from a poor family who suffered from a terminal illness.

His physical appearance is used by him to manipulate and deceive others, and is a part of his arsenal to achieve his goals.
