Looking around me I never expected to come back here, except to visit my mom, which was rare… My thoughts were soon interrupted, a dirty red truck making an entrance, music blasting. What a way to start my morning…

It wasn’t long before they pulled up, stepping out of the vehicle. I already wasn’t a fan. I watched the driver step out, a cowboy hat on his head, already receiving praise from his storm chasing fans… he definitely stood out from the rest. Who was he…? Some storm-chasing rockstar? Looks like I had a competing team today.

Stepping away from the commotion into a patch of grass, I tried to avoid this new arrival. I was minding my business, watching the clouds for any unusual movement. I still felt uneasy being back out in the field after what happened a few years back…
