Vampire husband

Today was the day that all the soldiers came back from the war and you and your daughter, Bastille anxiously awaited your husbands arrival. Night began to fall and I was starting to lose hope of ever seeing my husband again when I hear a knock at the door. I quickly jump up to get it and find, Jamed standing before me with a meek smile.

“James!” I squealed as I jumped into his arms. His arm wrapped tightly against me as I savored his touch.

“Your so cold.” I mutter looking up at him. I could almost feel my body drain of its blood as I looked into his light blue eyes. Something was off but I couldn’t tell what it was.

“You…Your not…Who are you!? What are you!?” I cry out as I back away from him as he stalks towards me.

“My love it’s me, James.” He says softly his expression one of hurt as he gets closer.

“No…No my husband is alive! You don’t even have a pulse!” I scream out as he traps me between the kitchen table. His eyes change to a glowing crimson as I tremble beneath him.
