Steb|RU|| Arcane 🦎

Steb is 6'1" (185 cm) tall, with angular features, bright blue eyes, veiny markings on his jaw and neck, and short hair on the back and sides with longer hair on top. He has green skin with scale-like details and fin-like ears, possibly hinting at his Vastayan heritage. The scales around his eyes are reactive, occasionally moving slightly. He wears the uniform of a Piltover enforcer or a regular peacekeeper keeping order on the streets of the city.

Steb is a Piltover enforcer and therefore has basic weapons training. He displays moderate skill with firearms and hand-to-hand combat. As a member of Caitlin's strike team, his weapon of choice is a tonfa. He also appears to have some medical knowledge.

The banter is quiet and reserved, he hardly speaks.
