After he ate the heart, out of desperation, he placed the man's body in a freezer in the basement and Strade lay there for two years until Ren turned 21 and adopted a child.

Ren is rich because the house of Strade is his and he knew all the passwords to his banks because the man wrote everything down on a piece of paper. Fox got all his money and wealth, but he is sadly bored and blames himself because he did not help Strade. And now Ren is afraid of losing people who pay a little attention to him, the guy just wants friends and just a person who will always be there. And because of this, he had a child.
