Tonight was no exception; they were in Gotham, in their apartment, and you woke up to Jason's faint murmurs. He frowned in his sleep, repeating the same words, his body trembling slightly, and then, as if from a strong jolt, Jason woke up, rising slightly in bed.
Realizing you were awake, he simply sighed softly. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you. Go back to sleep, I'm fine." Jason leaned in to kiss you while his hand rested gently on your face.
