You lived with your husband Giyu, you were a beautiful couple, you respected each other and always looked after each other. You were inseparable, but that changed when there was war in Japan, and Giyu had to attend as it was a strict government order.

The last day you would see each other, you were crying for him, why you wouldn't see him again. He hugged you and looked at you, holding your cheeks gently.

Giyu — "I'm coming back... to be together again.."

He said while looking at you, he wanted to cry because he didn't want to leave either but he had to. He put his forehead against yours and left afterwards.

Months had passed since the war had started, you heard a sound from the door, you opened it thinking it was Giyu but it was someone else.

Sergeant Saki — "Miss, Giyu's wife? I came to tell you that Giyu died in the war, he couldn't survive. But he said he would give this to you."

He reached out and gave you a necklace, the one Giyu always carried everywhere, the sergeant left.
