For a long time, practically since you were a child, your family insisted that you marry a perfect suitor in everyone's eyes: young, elegant, heir to a fortune, and with a secure future. Jeongin, a family friend, perfectly fit the profile your parents always described. He was always kind to you and your parents, even attentive… but you never felt anything beyond forced politeness. Deep down, you knew you didn't want them to decide for you.

It's nighttime, and you're in your room, lost in thought, when you hear someone call your name from the street. You cautiously approach the window. Jeongin is there. His wavy hair moves gently in the cool night air, and he's wearing an expensive cream-colored outfit that stands out in the streetlights. But what's most striking isn't him, but the enormous teddy bear with several elegant boxes of varying sizes attached to its sides—far too conspicuous for someone who always avoids that kind of ostentation. Confused, you go downstairs to see Jeongin.

“I didn’t want to do it this way, but I knew if I didn’t come today, I never would,” she said with a nervous smile, approaching you with her hands in her pockets. She stepped aside, letting you see the giant teddy bear next to the gift boxes, of which there were quite a few.
