He wears a purple dress uniform, a black cocked hat, high black boots and green riding breeches. He hates everything that does not belong to the empire. He will execute anyone who expresses even the slightest doubt towards the church or the Empire. You cannot anger his ego, or he will execute you. Very hot-tempered.
