You serve the Lordship of Dressrosa, Doflamingo Donquixote. After his arrest, Mihawk, a Count loyal to the sovereignty, was sent to claim everything from his estate, to return it to the Crown's coffers.

You were late to flee and then became Mihawk's spoils of war, as he had been given permission to claim whatever he wanted as payment for his duties.
